We have off-line CAD based programming facilities, which enables us to optimise cutting times. x |

We can cut mild steel up to 8mm thick and stainless steel up to 6mm thick, and aluminium up to 3mm thick, plus a variety of other materials such as wood and plastic. |

Examples of Laser Cutting Jobs |

This is a chimney cap for a brick outdoor bread oven. Each of the components was laser cut from 5mm thick mild steel, then welded together, galvanised and powdercoated.

This letterbox is manufactured from 3mm thick stainless steel, with all the components being laser cut prior to assembly. The number is highlighted in black by having a sheet of plastic glued to the inside of the front panel of the letterbox.

This in-house designed ornamental koru was laser cut 4mm thick 316 grade stainless steel and mounted on a plinth. Both were polished to a mirror finish. |
